Itinerary

Day 1: Lima / Miraflores / Barranco

You’ll gather at a bar in the Barranco district to enjoy a fresh beer and receive a warm welcome. Afterward, you’ll explore the neighborhoods of Barranco and Miraflores, discovering their culture, art, and views.

Day 2: Lima Downtown / Surfing

You’ll explore Lima’s historic center, discovering its main attractions. Later, you’ll return to Miraflores for a surfing lesson and enjoy the sunset by the ocean.

Day 3: Lima / Paracas / Huacachina

You’ll leave early in the morning from Lima and head to Paracas, where you’ll visit the Ballestas Islands. Afterward, you’ll travel to Huacachina for a buggy tour and sandboarding in the desert. You’ll spend the night in Huacachina.

Day 4: Huacachina / Arequipa

You’ll visit two vineyards, including Tacama, the first vineyard founded in South America. At Tacama, you’ll take a tour and enjoy a wine tasting. In the evening, you’ll take a bus to Arequipa.

Day 5: Arequipa

This day will be relaxed as you rest before heading out to explore the city center and the districts of San Lazaro and Yanahuara. Arequipa is known for its alpacas, so you’ll have the chance to see some during the day.

Day 6: Arequipa / Salinas

You’ll take a half-day tour to the Salinas and Aguada Blanca National Reserve, where you’ll enjoy stunning landscapes filled with llamas, alpacas, and, with a bit of luck, flamingos.

Day 7: Arequipa / Colca Canyon

You’ll leave early in the morning to the Colca Canyon, the second deepest canyon in the world. You’ll spend the night in the small village of San Juan de Chuccho, located in the canyon.

Day 8: Colca Canyon

The adventure in Colca Canyon continues with a hike to the village of Sangalle, where you’ll spend the night. This day is for relaxation, giving you the chance to enjoy the nature and the pool at the lodge.

Day 9: Colca Canyon / Puno

You’ll wake up early for the ascent hike from Sangalle to Cabanaconde, where you’ll have breakfast. At noon, you’ll stop in Chivay for lunch and continue your journey to Puno. You’ll arrive in Puno around 7 pm.

Day 10: Puno / Titicaca Lake

You’ll navigate on Lake Titicaca to visit the Uros Floating Islands and Taquile Island, experiencing the unique culture and landscapes of these places.

Day 11: Puno / Cusco

In the morning, you’ll visit Inca ruins and the impressive stone constructions of the Sillustani Chulpas. In the evening, you’ll go by bus to Cusco.

Day 12: Cusco / Saqcayhuaman

In the morning, you’ll rest, and at noon, you’ll head out to explore the city. You’ll visit the Coricancha Temple and walk up to Saqsayhuaman, located on the heights of the city. From there, you’ll enjoy the sunset with a stunning view.

Day 13: Cusco / Sacred Valley

You’ll visit the famous Sacred Valley of the Incas, stopping at places like Ollantaytambo for a hike and Pisac, where you’ll have the chance to shop at its famous handicraft market.

Day 14: Cusco / Machu Picchu

You’ll travel by bus to the Hidroeléctrica train station, from where you’ll walk to Aguas Calientes, also known as Machu Picchu Town. You’ll spend the night in Aguas Calientes.

Day 15: Machu Picchu / Cusco

You’ll visit the incredible Machu Picchu on a guided tour, learning all about this fascinating site. In the afternoon, you’ll take the train back from Aguas Calientes to Cusco.
