Half Day Tour to the Uros Floating Islands

Leave the city behind and come to the Uros Islands to learn about one of the most interesting communities in the world. The Uros have lived on floating islands made from a reed called totora for more than two centuries. These people have learned to survive in the middle of Lake Titicaca by carrying out activities such as fishing, hunting and gathering. Currently these people also raise animals, but their main economic source has become tourism.
